Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all beanie sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at saintsyardhelp@gmail.com

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding lost or stolen packages.
